The Law Director & City Prosecutor

Randall T. Ullom has served as the Law Director and City Prosecutor for the City of Lancaster since his appointment and subsequent election to the position in 2013. Prior to that he served the office in the capacity of Assistant Prosecutor, Senior Criminal Attorney, Senior Attorney, and Assistant Law Director. Before joining the Law Director’s Office, Randall was an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Juvenile Division of the Butler County Prosecutor’s Office in Hamilton, Ohio, and an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Misdemeanor Division of the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office in Batavia, Ohio.

In addition to a tenure in public service, Randall demonstrates his commitment to community service by serving on the Advisory Council of the Child Advocacy Center, the Fairfield County Adult and Children First Council, Advisory Committee of the Fresh Start Drug Court Program, Fairfield County Crisis Intervention Team, Community Corrections Board, United Way of Fairfield County Income Impact Council, the Southeastern Correctional Institution Citizen’s Advisory Committee, and as a member of the Lancaster Rotary Club.
