City Applying for Clean Ohio Revitalization Fund Grant
The City of Lancaster is applying for an $110,684.00
Clean Ohio Assistance Fund (COAF) grant to help support
the cleanup and redevelopment of 0.766 acres of property
located at 471 N. Ewing Street in Lancaster for the
future development of the Former Starfire Express
redevelopment project. The application is available for
review beginning June 3, 2011,
at the Fairfield County District Library – Main Library,
219 N. Broad St., Lancaster.
A public meeting on this grant application is scheduled
for 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2011, at the
Lancaster City Hall, 104 East Main St, Lancaster.
A copy of the application summary, a legal notice
published in the Lancaster Eagle Gazette announcing the
public meeting, and a copy of the sign posted at the
property to announce the project is included in
