  The Lancaster Fire Department is the designated authority for the installation, removal and repair of all underground and aboveground storage tanks within the City of Lancaster. A permit is required to perform any of these tasks. A printable application form and fee schedule is available below. Please submit the application along with a set of plans to the office located at 1596 E. Main St. for review and approval.
