Transfer Station will be closed for repairs Friday, August 6 from 1-4 PM.

We are expecting to reopen on Monday, Aug. 9, 2010.

Open to the Public

Hours of operation:
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday
Closed Saturday & Sunday

Closed 10 Holidays each year

Prices for disposal:
1 pound to 200 pounds: $6.00
201 pounds to 999 pounds: $14.00
Over 1,000 pounds prorated at $37.00 per ton
Tires: $6.00 each
Appliance: $9.00 each
Freon Appliance: $15.00 each

The following materials will not be accepted at the Transfer Station because of either
EPA regulations or possible damage to equipment:

  • liquids

  • batteries
  • yard waste
  • large metal auto and truck parts
  • motorcycles
  • boats
  • building materials
  • metal pipes
  • concrete
  • swing sets
  • clothes line poles

 

A private demolition landfill is next to our facility and does receive
building materials. Their phone number is 653-1116.
