Mobility Program

A state funded program for anyone who is over the age of 65 or has a permanent disability to ride public transit at a reduced fare of $1.00 per ride with an advanced reservation.

Eligibility requirements as follows:  Must show proof of date of birth through the form of a driver's license, birth certificate or other state ID.  To qualify for the program based on a disability, you must have a Social Security Award Letter or a letter from a medical physician documenting the permanent disability.

You may download the application (below) and return to the Lancaster Public Transit Administrative office, 746 Lawrence Street, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.  Please make certain to attach your qualifying documentation.  You may also contact the office at 740-681-5086 to have a paper copy mailed to you.
