The City of Lancaster owns and operates
five utility systems, Lancaster Municipal Gas,
Division of Water,
Division of Water Pollution
Control (sewer), Sanitation and
Stormwater to serve
customers in the Lancaster area.
The Utilities Collection Office is
responsible for billing and receiving payments for
the Gas, Water, Water Pollution Control, Sanitation
and Stormwater services provided. Timely account
collections are a means of efficiently collecting
the revenues for operating the Utilities.
