The City of Lancaster Utilities
Collection Office offers several convenient ways to pay
your utility bill.
Payments can be returned using the mailing envelope
provided with the bill. You can pay in person or by mail
to the City of Lancaster Utilities Collection Office,
104 E. Main Street, P.O. Box 1099, Lancaster, OH 43130.
Customer Service Representatives are available to
receive your payment from 7:30 a.m. to 4:25 p.m., Monday
through Friday.
By calling 687-6627, you may pay your bill by Visa or
MasterCard Monday through Friday between the hours of
7:30 a.m. to 4:25 p.m.
In addition, we offer Automatic Pay, to most
customers, in which your payment can be taken directly
from your checking or savings account simply by
providing basic account information.
For customer convenience, a night depository is
available for accepting utility payments day or night.
The depository is located on the Broad Street side of
the Municipal Building (City Hall) to the right of the
steps. The depository is collected each business day
morning.
Utility payments may be made at any Fairfield
National Bank Location, as shown on the back of the
utility bill. Please check each location for available
hours. Fairfield National Bank personnel are only
authorized to accept full bill amounts, as shown on the
utility bill.
