The City of Lancaster’s Community Development Department anticipates receiving an allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds issued by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for use in fiscal year (FY) 2021 which commences on September 1, 2021. The City’s CDBG FY 2021 allocation is $504,178 which is a decrease of $180 from FY 2020.

CARES Act Relief Funds: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) - CV



The City of Lancaster has received an allocation of funding from the CARES Act through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) - CV program.  These funds will be administered by the Community Development Department.  The City proposes to use these funds for the following activities: 

Small Business Relief Grants - Working capital grants to small businesses
