On August 2, 2022 REM Development LLC, submitted an application for rezoning 410.003 Acres of vacant land located at the end of Countryside Place and adjacent to Creekside Estates.
The property is currently zoned Commercial General (CG), but the petitioner has proposed to change the zoning to Residential Single Family High Density (RS-4).
The first step for this zoning change request is for it to go beforeLancaster City Planning Commission. Once Planning Commission makes its recommendation, that recommendation, along with the application, will be forwarded to City Council for consideration. Once City Council has conducted their public hearing, they have the ability to vote on the application.
