Becky Tener grew up in Carroll, Ohio where she graduated from Bloom Carroll in 1981. Becky’s dad was a WWII vet and was a salesman for Swift and retired from Falters Meat Packing. Becky’s mother was a homemaker. She has 2 brothers that have retired from the Columbus Police Department.
Becky has 2 daughters Beth 35 and Abby 16, and 1 granddaughter Miley.
Becky has worked in the medical field since 1982. For the last 14 years she has worked at Nationwide Children's Hospital on the Oncology/Hematology Floor. She volunteers at Gorsuch West, serve on the board of the West After School Programs of Lancaster, a member of Charity Newsies, Wheeling/Hunter Block Watch, and a member of the 6th Avenue United Methodist Church. Currently, Becky is serving her 3rd term on Lancaster City Council, 6th Ward.
