Joseph M. Sabo joined the City Prosecutor's Office as an Assistant Prosecutor in January 2019. Prior to working at the Prosecutor's Office for the City of Lancaster, Joe interned with general counsel of a nonprofit organization in Los Angeles, California. Joe also has experience in civil litigation through an internship with a personal injury firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Originally from the Northeast Ohio region, Joe earned his B.A. in Paralegal Studies from Kent State University in 2012 and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2015. While attending law school, Joe served as Executive Articles Editor for the Journal of International Law, and he held the role of Vice President for CWRU's Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. In his free time, Joe enjoys hiking, writing, sports, and volunteer work supporting animal advocacy efforts.
